(Rx’d Men, Masters Men 40-44, Masters Men 45-49, Masters Men 50-54, Rx’dWomen, Masters Women 40-44, Masters Women 45-49, Masters Women 50-54)

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:

10 overhead squats (42.5/30kg)

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:

12 overhead squats

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:

14 overhead squats

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

Scaled

    Got 10 reps on Rx. Can’t do pull ups/ c2b so why go scaled? 10 reps Rx is better than 6 reps scaled..

    6 reps scaled. Pity they didn’t scale the pull ups. Kind of regret not at least attempting the RX now. Nonetheless I got a great new OHS PB. Well done to all the 6:45am class.

    Got the 10 ohs rx’d.. First time to Rx anything ever!! Even if it was only half of it! Haha.. Pb for me! My ohs sucked last time I did them! Also managed 10 du’s in a row afterwards! It was all down to the new nanos i swear haha #magic!
    Floated out of the place on a high! Delighted!

      Well done Maria you did fab. Also managed 10 reps Rx. Managed probably the best attempt at a kipping pull up to date when trying to do chest to bar lol. Well done Fiona your OHS were deadly! I’m in tomorrow at 12 to do tuesday’s if anyone wants to join me.

    Did the Rx for the WOD, new PB! It was only 10 reps but it still counts!!!! Disappointed with the pull up part of the WOD but I did very close to getting them before class so at least I know I’m not too far off!

    Went for the 30kg OHS & Pull ups from the Scaleo Menu tonight…130 reps!!! Think I sandbagged this one last year as I could bearly do either movement!! Well done all that posted a score on that one

    26 reps at rx. Just dont seem to be strong enough yet for ohS didn’t have a a problem with ctb. Oh well. Cant complain couldn’t do an ohs with pvc pipe this time last year. Happy out. Have good weekend guys. :)

    Rx’d with 65 reps. Happy enough, considering I could barely do one overhead squat with an empty bar less than a year ago. Onwards and upwards!

    Did this today instead of the 7pm class, completed 14 Reps RX, delighted as I hadn’t ever tried a chest-to-bar pull-up before. OHS were great warming up, and then fell apart completely as soon as the clock started. Still, I did better than I expected going in there.

"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar!
