Did push press with 55 and 60kg

WOD was more like a “try to finish one round in under 8min”
Finished 1 round plus 22 push ups
Singles instead of DU and jumping pull ups. 24 kg Russian KBS.
1 rd and 7 kbs. Second rd of du almost impossible today in that wod. Arms were fried and I could barely swing the rope! Happy I managed the kbs unbroken though.
65kg push press, 40kg bent over row. Back to basic on the wod. I am going to try and rx or as close as possible every workout. So alas it took me 6.1/2 mins to do double unders. So only got to 24 24lb kbs. Only just started doubles! Watch this space.(cant get any worse i hope)
I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

WOD 1Rd and 4kbs , did push ups on my knees and jumping pull ups. Very fast 8mins.
