Can’t do T2B so that’s scaled division for me today
Really enjoyed this morning, 50kg is my 1RM snatch so had to scale it. I did 177 reps, and then got a PB of 70kg on the clean and jerk, up 10kg so I was absolutely delighted with that. I did power snatches for the first few rounds, but changed to power-clean and push-press, think I was faster that way. Deadlifts were easier with alternate grip too, hands were really getting tired. Good luck everybody today, and thanks to my lovely judge Ann Marie for not letting me skip a round of deadlifts!

Was preparing for the scaled workout but “encouraged ” to do the rx by Edel and Cam. First time ever to do T2B in wod. Got 2 rounds and 3 T2B. Deadlifts and power snatches were fine but took a while to get through the T2B. 85kg for clean and jerk, 10kg up on my previous 1RM. Good atmosphere in the gym today, well done everybody.
Scaled the workout as can’t do T2B.. 136 reps (Think it was 4 rounds and 1 DL)..The DL and snatches were fine but the high knees really slowed me! Grip was effed, could barely sign my name afterwards haha!
Got a 1RM clean and jerk of 47.5kg. Absolutely delighted with myself! Didn’t have a 1rm previously, but had a 2clean&1jerk of 37.5kg.. so overall pretty happy with myself

Got 210 reps (7 rounds) and got new PB for clean and jerk 45kgs, up by 5 kgs.

188 reps and 40kg for clean and jerk.
148 reps really slow at the high knees they slowed me down a lot couldn’t keep my grip
42.5 for max but I was out of weights unfortunately I wasn’t that organised as didn’t know my previous one rep max
I’ll be better better prepared next time;-)
Rxd the wod, First time doing t2b but bit disappointed wit how I did, really struggled in rd 2 wit t2b.
Got 62reps and 60kg for 1rm clean and jerk, new PB..

Great atmosphere in box tonight – did scaled WOD although did manage in warm up to do 3 T2B in a row – never managed one before !!!. Completed 190 reps and 65kg for C&J ( up 5kg on last PB !!!!)
Had to scale it!! 52.5 was a bit too heavy for comfort
Got 201 reps and 70kg clean & jerk

Loved the atmosphere tonight, well done everyone especially those who rx.d . I had to scale as the 35was just too heavy for me, but I did manage to get some toe2bars done in the warm up so need to keep working on them.
Got 199reps for WOD and 47,5 for clean and jerk, was so close to getting the 50 but didn’t quiet get there.

I had 5 rounds flat, but best of all put my 1RM up by 15kg for the C&J from 55kg to 70kg tonight after only 4 weeks, well done all there was a great buzz going around
Well what a lovely start to the open. Tink last years fittest women @them Camille LeBlanc is safe enough with her title if I am around. Actually did enjoy it though. 150 reps, damn u high knee things…42.5kg for max rep too which it up so not bad over all.
177 reps today think it was 5 rounds and up to 2 snatches… Managed 42.5kg in my clean and jerk!! Great atmosphere today enjoyed it well done all!!!!
Scaled the wod..7 rounds and 6 high knees 216 reps in total.. 45.5kg clean and jerk.. loved the workout and pretty happy with my result
