WOD in 7.30 something i think, forgot to check before i left. Used 35kg, probably should have went with 40kg but shoulders were feeling tired from yesterdays push ups.
cant believe i just said 35kg was too light! I used to think 30kg was too heavy!!! Progress is great

6:57 for wod with 35.5kg. Heaviest I’ve ever gone for clean and jerk in a wod. Thanks Edel for pushing me! It’s mad, when I did 30 clean and jerks previously thought I’d die and it was just 30kg. You’re right T, progress sure is great!!!!

Done about the first 4 rds wit 50kg on the bar but went down to 45kg.. probably should of stuck wit 50kg and just taken longer!!

8:50something for the wod with 35kg on the bar. Thought I’d regret the 35kg.. it was slow but okay! high knees instead of t2b.. Enjoyed that one though.. love back squats
3:57 for today’s WOD with 50kg… The place looks unreal with the full rig up!!
8:24 with 55kg, really enjoyed the clean and jerks, could only do toes to bar forfor the first few rounds though. The box is looking great, hardly seems the same building with the floor down.
