I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

Almost chickened out this morning, turned off the alarm and got back into bed but felt guilty so forced myself out!
Actually enjoyed this one, think I gone it wrong, started with my slowest and picked up the pace then
6.55, 6.00 and 6 flat for the last. Well done to the small 6.45 class
Dress accordingly – I have my wet suit, snorkel and rubber rescue boat at the ready for the 5pm class

I went to bed too late for the morning class, made up for it this evening. Times were 6:57, 6:25, 5:59 – absolutely delighted with that, didn’t think I’d even make 6:30. It must have been the open-air duck-walks that helped!
Good on you Feargal you were flying – managed 7:34,7:32 & 8:03 in the WOD , pleased with that as running WODs are not my favourite !!!

Lovely amble this eve. Time was 7.00,6.43,6.35. Can’t wait till Wednesday hopefully will be running twice as far with some snow and ice thrown in.

Got 6:06/5:56/6:07…..felt a bit of pressure on the second mile coming from behind….was a good wod!!
Delightful WOD is was. 8.04, 7.30 and 7.57 for times. Brought home nice flu too after it so thanks crossfit.
