A very definite 5RM strict press of 40kg, last rep took forever! Used 55kg for the WOD, completed 4 rounds + 1 box jump, enjoyed it, but should have gone faster with the box jumps, didn’t trust myself at first.

My 5RM strict was 30 which is ok for me. Got 4 rounds and 6box jumps (which I started with). Delighted I did 24 box jumps. Didnt think my shins would survive that but they are all in tact
