WOD in 14.33 or thereabouts, 24kg, push ups on 15kg weights. Found this one sore on the back. Thanks for the advice on the goblet squats Edel, def made a difference.
13.45 for the WOD , with 24kg goblet squats & deficit push ups on 25kg plates – feeling this one in the legs tonight – fortunately I live in a bungalow !!!

Nothing ever easy in Edel’s crib, but I actually enjoyed that one.

Wod in 9.25 used 12kg kb and push ups on 5kg plates! Agree with Eamon nearly fell down the stairs after those goblet squats
10.23 for wod with 20 plate and 20kb tired now
11:15 for wod with 12kg kb and 5kg plates.. Legs like jelly leaving the place! Happy with my front squat though, havent done them since foundation class – could barely do 20kg then and worked up to 40 last night!
