"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! And his mobility wods that opened up the gate of pistol squats for I will never forget!! It was an absolute pleasure buddy! Go forth and make legendary cross fitters :) :) "

Really enjoyed the WOD. Finished in 42:21. 30kg on the bar, 20kg KB. The treats after the workout were divine. Can we have cake after every WOD?

Happy anniversary to the satanic Cam & Edel , I never deserved a cup cake more than after that WOD. Cheers to fellow team mates ; Liam & James for calling the ambulance when I had my second heart attack
Have to admit I was very scared when I saw this WOD!! But uber happy at the end, mainly cause it was over!! Great team mates Amy & Theresa we finished in 35mins 42secs! We beat the boys!!! Treats afterwards saved my life… Congrats Cam & Edel
Great day in the box, thought the time for the WOD was 40:21, good working with Thorsten and Oliver. There was a great atmosphere, nice to see som many people there – the cupcakes and custardy-choclately-thingy might have had to do something to do with it!
