    The poor kitten never had a chance, is this what happened to the cat in Love / Hate.

    I would love to make it for this one, can’t make it unfortunately_ and after Tuesday and last night both of my arms have officially seized up !!!?!!!!

    Really enjoyed the WOD. Finished in 42:21. 30kg on the bar, 20kg KB. The treats after the workout were divine. Can we have cake after every WOD?

    Have to admit I was very scared when I saw this WOD!! But uber happy at the end, mainly cause it was over!! Great team mates Amy & Theresa we finished in 35mins 42secs! We beat the boys!!! Treats afterwards saved my life… Congrats Cam & Edel :)

    Great day in the box, thought the time for the WOD was 40:21, good working with Thorsten and Oliver. There was a great atmosphere, nice to see som many people there – the cupcakes and custardy-choclately-thingy might have had to do something to do with it!

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.
