    35kg strict press, plus a bonus 9 reps at 37.5. Used 16kg kettlebell for the WOD, took a couple of rounds to figure out the technique, realise I could have gone heavier.

    It’s mad what a difference a year makes though – twelve months ago a burpee for me involved collapsing to a heap on the ground, panting for a while, before finally clambering back to a vaguely upright position, flailing my arms overhead. Today I was doing the sets of eight burpees in 17 seconds, thanks to Cameron and Edel. Looking forward to tomorrow!

      Well done Fergal, nice progress on the burgers and as you say this Crossfit thing works.

      I still reckon it is the drugs that work.

      50kg strict press and dare I say almost an enjoyable WOD.

    28.5kg 10RM for the Strict Press. Used 12kg KB for the WOD. It was a fun one, always enjoy the 7pm class wish I could get to it more often :)

    I’ve a feeling I’m going to be very bruised from that kettle bell 2mro!!
    Is it 11 for wod 2mro or 11 for the coffee break???
    If I can still feel my arms in the morning I’m in!!

    40kg on the strict press. 16kg kettle bell for WOD. Could have gone heavier though. Took it easy for the first time doing KB PP.

    23.5kg for the strict press. Used 8kgs for the wod, arms still like jelly after Tuesday! Need me some man-up pills haha

    40kg for strict press , used 16kg for WOD , enjoyed the workout but might have been able to go heavier – maybe next time

    20kg for 10rm strict press also managed 6reps of 22.5kg, used 8kg kb for wod could have went heavier but they were all taken, went alot better than i thought it would go after been gone for 6 months, really enjoyed it

"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar!
