4.07 and 3.57 for the 800m runs plus bonus wod at the end, especially for the 12.30 class. Thks Cam and Edel….it really floored me.
1:50 for best 400m. Didnt get to do the 800m, sharp pain in hamstring so stopped. think legs were just in shock from last few days! Seems to be ok now though so will try it again hopefully next week!

Total time 22.30 with rest. The hardest part of this wod was the maths. Should be long distance equations rather than long distance running.
I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

Oh a very disappointing WOD. Bad time of 1.02 for best 400m and 2.06 for best 800m. Xmas really affecting me still. Will get better dough

D’OH! I shouldn’t try to do any math that shortly after a workout. It’s 3min for my best 800m and 3:13 for the second one.
