** Members: Please be mindful when driving into the industrial park that there is a creche on site, so please drive slowly and with caution.  Also please do not park near or in Front of AVA as we would like to maintain a good relationship with them!!  When driving in please make the most of the spaces directly to the left before filling the spaces in front of the gym. Thanks for your co-operation : ) **

    Happy Birthday Crossfit Sligo!!! :)

    I won’t post any scores from this morning as I was rubbish, 2.5 weeks off crossfit was way too long, I was done at the start of the warm up.

      Post!!! It’s good to look back on. At least that’s what I’m hoping because I couldn’t get any worse than today! Only managed 45kg for squat. Cameron kept telling me to go fast out of the bottom but my glutes are too used to sitting down for the last 3 weeks to listen :-D :- D 84reps for wod with only 25 on bar, but it felt like 50!!! Glad to be back though!!!

    45kg on 5RM, First time doing back squats so took it slowly. could have done higher though… Next time!! 79 reps total for WOD with 28kg on bar and par-cleans.

    Happy Anniversary Cameron & Edel, hope year two bring you success, the box is looking great with the new paint job. I hit 85kg for my new 5RM, and managed 65 reps with 40kg on the bar, don’t know if it was good or bad, just happy to be back!!!

    Happy birthday Crossfit sligo, this time last year I left my first class thinking squats were hard with a pvc pipe!! but today I got 55kg for a 5rm back squat. This is thanks too two great coaches Cameron and Edel. Thanks guys :-)

    90kg for 5RM Back squat. Managed 75 reps with 40kg in the bar.
