40 mins exactly. Felt like a geriatric needing two hip replacements during that wod! Found box jumps soooo hard today! But the new nanos got me through it! Hopefully the pain will ease by the end of the week!

My back was sore from yesterday but I think my whole self will be sore tomorrow from our lovely Tuesday workout. Got it done in about 42 mins (cant quite remember). I surprised myself with NOT gashing myself on the box. YEAY!! 25kg weight used

Holy moly can’t move today. Back was sore from Monday. Think it took me 47:40ish.. No strength in my arms so push ups killed me..
