    The new box is huge, can’t believe how much is done already, congrats again Edel and Cameron. Matched my previous 1RM of 90kg on the front squat, first time doing any squats for a month so I’m happy with that. Rx for the WOD, completed 4 Rounds plus 5 STOH, with a lot of split jerks. At 6:45am. Not sure which is the bigger achievement for me, Rx or morning class!

    Wod 5 rounds 2 jumping squats found 30kg heavy for Wod im sure ill have a few bruises but I got there!

    My 1RM front squat was 60kg. Up 10 so delighted
    I did 30kg for the workout and did 7 rounds and 4 power cleans
    I LIKE our new box :-) :-) :-) It’s gonna give me SUPERPOWERS!!!! Oh yeah!!!!

    Congratulations on the new box Cam & Edel , Your plans for Crossfit Sligo will really flourish in the new location. 1RM front squat up to 90kg , and managed the 50kg in the WOD and completed 5 rounds & 4 PCs.

    1rm up 2.5kg to 57.5, but wasnt too happy with my form. Need to practise front squats more! 5 rds for wod with 30kg.

    Loooovvvveee the new gym. I can even do a jumping pull up on the rig without a box!!! Thank you Edel and Cam, you’ve given us all some new playground! Yipppeeee!

    Loving new crossfit home, it will b unreal wen all done. A total good 50kg on 1rm for front squat which never thought wud even hit so go me lol. Wasn’t a fan of the WOD dough but did 5 rounds and 4 power cleans with 30kg so not bad. Me is handy with a dust pan and a brush Edel and Cam if ye need a hand.

    100kg RM.

    Went for 39kg for the WOD after I was in pain for a whole week after last week’s WOD disaster. Did 7 reps and 4 STOH and shoulder was fine.

    Good luck in the new premises guys! I see alot of potential there. Got 90 in my 1rm. Would have liked to got 95. Six rds in wod and two stoh. :)

    110 kg frotn squat 1RM (I must write that down for again) and 6 rounds and 6 push press in the WOD.

    It must be Xmas too as I got away with being delayed as I could not find the place,( those signs in Finisklin with the small font writing are a joke ), anyway I digress, I got away without doing any extra Burpees from Edel or Cameron !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I liked the ‘coolness’ (temperature wise and style) initially but I quickly realised that with Edel setting the WOD I was back sweating like a good thing before too long.

    Congrats on the new premises, and best of luck for 2015.

    Only thing that is missing I reckon is the 200 metre outdoor circuit, mind you there will probably be an indoor 200 metre running track installed when ye are finished the rennocations

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve.
