I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

Still can’t get past 18kg snatch, so disheartening but it’s a mental block I’ll have to get past. Got the OHS with the 18kg, last time I tried the OHS I fell over with the empty bar so making progress there.

70kg for PS and OHS. 7 Rds even for WOD. Keep at it Avril, it will pay off. Well done Ciara doing the WOD RX.
47.5kg for the strength tonight, and improved on last time I did 14.1 – still no DUs, but 35kg on the bar & singles – completing 4 full rounds plus 60 singles & 5 power cleans – must be getting fitter as last time did 3 rounds plus 25 tuck jumps and only lifting 28kg !!
30.5kg for power snatch & OHS WOD 4 rounds 5 power snatch 23kgs on bar with singles
31kg for the power snatch and 2OHS, got 3 rounds and 9 power snatches done in the WOD with 22.5 on the bar
