I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

42.5kg 2RM squat clean. 30 reps for the WOD, scaled it to GTOH with 33kg. I’ll take it though – it felt good to be able to finally lift something from the ground for the first time in a long time!
60kg 2RM for squat clean , and 17 reps in WOD with 50kg on the bar. Happy enough.
75 2rm. Only had 40 on bar for wod hurt wrist in 2rm got to 27 rds. Happy enough though
