For Time:

Run 800 meters

Then two rounds of:

50 Burpees
40 Box Jumps
30 One-legged squats
20 Hand stand push ups
10 Snatch 60/40
Then,

Run 800 meters

    40.18 for WOD, enjoyed everything except running, even one legged squats and snatches!

    35.03 scaled to air squats & HRPU tough one this evening but im trying to harden up :-)
    50 Burpees in a row(x2) is a new PB for me and not one id like to repeat in the near future!!
    I’ve a feeling im going to feel this 2mro

    35:22. I faded fast in the second round. Not quick enough under the bar for the snatch so had to do power snatch. Normal squats for me. Well done everyone on the one legged version. I hear a few of the newer people asking does it ever get any easier….the answer is just when you think it does they throw in a puke-inducing Tuesday wod and you realise you’re nowhere near fit yet. But yet, we keep coming back for more. Love it!!! :-D

    Ahhhh another wonderful Tuesday!!!! 33.33.. Hrpu.. Air squats.. Even had to scale snatch to 18.. I think it prob was too light but the 25 was just not happening for Orlie this eve!!! Managed to run for first time in a while tho so whoop to that!!! Well done all that sure was hard!!! The process of hardening the ‘fook’ up was in full flight!! Thanks Edel :-D Oh and cool photo!!!! He will be back doing them pistols in no time :-D So now to think… What’s tomorrow!!!!!! :-D :-(

"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar!
