    Even after watching Theresa’s Motivational video last night, I managed to sleep-in and miss a morning class for the first time. But I did get into the 12:30 class. 3 rounds for WOD plus 6 burpees with 55kg deadlift. Good luck to the competitors tomorrow.

    I got 3 round & 17 burpees with 55kgs I could not manage to jump across the bar it was a pathetic step over but I got there!

    Found that WOD tough, I got 3 full rounds done and 1 dead lift with 50kg for the deadlift and scaled to high knees

    3 rds 7 burpees for wod scaled to rower instead of deadlift.(tight back) but on the up side managed to get muscle ups. Great way to start weekend. :) :) :)

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve.
