I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

Finished the WOD in 6.20 with 30kg thrusters & kipping pull ups!

Got this done in and around 11 minutes. Thrusters are just ugh.
WOD in 5.06 with 30.5kg trusters and ring rows. Was hard work tonight.

7:20 for the WOD with 45kg for the thrusters, got tight near the end.
6.04 with 40kg – gotta love those thrusters
Sorry for late entry that was tough for me wod took 9.14 with 40 on the bar and ctb pull ups.
