"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! And his mobility wods that opened up the gate of pistol squats for I will never forget!! It was an absolute pleasure buddy! Go forth and make legendary cross fitters :) :) "

Yikes, that is one scary WOD, a lot of running, just what I need but alas I can’t do Tuesday sessions.
Enjoy
Don’t worry, I’m sure Edel will let you do it tomorrow if you ask!
I thought I was joking saying I’ll just about do one round but that is all I did. I was doing OHS though which I was delighted about. I was finding the running very difficult as my left hip flexer seemed injured in some way but stretched it out so hopefully I’ll be back on track tomorrow
Must stretch more! Think half my soreness is actually that I dont stretch enough.
Feel really good after that! I got one full round done and I had 600 metres done of my second run in the second rep in the 30 mins.
Great wod today I got one full round & finished wall walks on second round
1st time to do OHS only 18kgs but was very happy with that.. well done all
1 round Rx and 1 Mup. Challenging to say the least but good to work on those movements
I completed the four wall-walks in the second round, and squeezed one final lap in. Went light with the OHS at 25kg, body feeling all over the place today so I was being kind to myself.
1 round & 600M. A toughie
1 round, 600 metres 15 rings, 15 dips on the box & 200 metres. It was tough. OHS 25kgs
