He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! 6.51 for wad scaled to dips and only 45 on bar. Managed to twinge my neck today I’m becomming a moany old man will need a zimmer frame for my next wod.

Some day I will be up for ring dips and pull ups, I should have stuck at the gymnastics as a young lad, if only I knew Crossfit was ahead of me I cud have made it a lot easier.
