I’m not sure whether it’s the thrusters I’ll really really like, or the 30″ box jumps that I’ll really really like, but I’m sure I’ll really really like one of them.

Well it’s official, I still suck at thrusters, but ever so slightly less than last time I think! 25kg on bar and 20″ box jumps. Turned into an amrap during the 3rd round. Got 6 rds plus 1 box jump. Hope you’re okay Liz after your nasty encounter with the box. Feet feet up and rest for the weekend!

WOD quickly turned into AMRAP but managed 6 rounds with 40kg on the bar. Only did 24″ box jumps as I would need oxygen & a whole team of sherpers to get me to the top of the 30″ box!!!

Good day today, did the workout with the 42.5kg and 30″ box, but the first round took me exactly one minute. Finished with six rounds in the end, I’m afraid to sit for to long or I might not get up again.

Back squat with 40 kg. Thrusters with 23kg, managed *nearly* 8 rounds. i might try 24″ jump box next time, im still afraid of heights :-P

"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! And his mobility wods that opened up the gate of pistol squats for I will never forget!! It was an absolute pleasure buddy! Go forth and make legendary cross fitters :) :) " "Michael Tully" (RCFNI)
