3rounds and didn get started the running with 120kg found it a tough wod!
3 rounds plus 46 single-unders, seemed like it would never end. Used 24kg again for KBS, they really sucked as did the ring rows. Went with 80kg for deadlifts was probably a bit light but it didn’t feel it! The great thing about Crossfit is I’ll probably never ever have to do that one again.
4rds and 50 DU. Russian KBS and RR. Good to see Edel Rx. Puts me ring rows in perspective. Not to mention the deadlift. They dont like me.

4 rounds&40kbs… deadlift 45kg…was pretty happy with that!! Not so happy with the fact I feel like I’m still carrying the weights around
