    Got 25.5kg in the power cleans and push press, tried the 28kg but couldn’t push press it. My first ever push press was 15.5kg so delighted with that improvement in just a few weeks!

    Got 12 + 9 c&j in the WOD!

    37.5kg for the power clean and press. not the 40 I wanted! So mad at myself. Had to do it twice because first time I forgot to put one of my 1.25s on one side. What a dope! Nothing left in me then to try for 40kg. cleans were easy. The push press was the struggle as usual!

    9 + 9 cleans in rd of 12 for wod with 30kg

    50kg for clean & push press. Done the WOD using 40kg and managed 12 full rounds & 3 clean & jerks. It feels so good to be back lifting weights after my few weeks off!!!

    Managed 35kg for the 2 power cleans and 1 push press and I used 30kg for the WOD, nearly killed my arms but got 12 full rounds and 1 c&j done in the 7 minutes! Happy with that!! :) Great to see all the new faces at the 5 o clock class too!

    After Angie yesterday I wasn’t expecting much so very happy to get 60kg for the complex, most I’ve cleaned before was 50kg. A slow WOD today, used 50kg for the clean and jerks, and did the toes-to-bar. Did the 9 C&Js and 4 toes to bar.

    I managed 40kg (excuse the language to those there) for 2 power clean&push press. Got to 12 exactly on the workout (with crunches instead of T2B).

    Got 67.5 on the cleans and press. Twinged my back on the wod so dnf. Feel like an old man hunched at moment. I’ll be fine though :)

    37.5. Didnt make 40kg either. Couldnt think. Natalie was flying as usual. 9 and 12 c&j with 30kg on the bar. Was on a go slow today

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.
