He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! A tough but, dare I say, enjoyable WOD today! 4 rounds and 12 box jumps! Very happy with that.
Good one today, completed 4 rounds plus 30 kettlebell swings, first time to use 24kg American-style for the whole WOD, not sure what my face looked like at the end….
4 rounds & got last run done before wallballs… I actually liked today tough but great feel food factor once it was done!! Well done everyone
5 rds 10 kbs used 12kg kettlebell. Not hating running as much! It only took 9 months.
3 rounds and 15 wall balls shy of completing my fourth round. (may be next time). On the plus side all rounds done at height and weight as prescribed – finally got that 24kg kettle bell over my head!!!
5 rds plus 200m. Stepped back in just as cameron called time! Scaled though with step ups and Russian swings and my usual little target! I’m with Sandra on this. Dare I say it but the running is getting easier!
4 rounds 15 box jumps with the, er, yellow kettlebell, US style. 20lb wall ball on the shorter target. Legs refused to work while I was getting out of the car just there, I’d missed that feel
