    18kg for hang snatch.
    10:45 for WOD, scaled to front squat with 18kg. (first time to jump the 20inch box – my goal for September reached!!) ;-)

    37.5kg for the Hang snatch (2rm) with 12:24 for the WOD – sadly not done in Edel’s recommended 10min but did do all OHS at 35kg (5kg off my last 1 rm)

    Feel really good after today’s class. My 2RM was 28kg doing the full hang snatch. Did 23kg for the OHS in the workout and first time doing the 24 inch box jumps, had a constant fear I’d crash into the box and fall over it but I managed it injury free in 9:06 :) Have a nice weekend everyone!!

    Everything I have in tonights WOD lol got it done with 7.16 with 21.5 to start but had to drop after 4 reps in on the set of 8reps to 18kg. Got 28kg in the 2 rm but did snatch then over head squat. Feeling good tho over head squats were not as awkward.

    RM 26KG, WOD 9.31 with OHS 20kgs, 24 inch box jumps. Was not in good form, therefore results were okayish. Will do better next time! :D

"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar!
