70kg for 1RM, happy with that, heaviest I’ve gotten overhead so far. Clean and Jerks were slow at 50kg but still managed them all within the time.
65kg for the Split Jerk ( lot to remember but imagine we’ll lift more with this lift when better at it). Managed all if the WOD with 50kg.
75kg 1RM split jerk, didnt exactly kill myself at that but have to work on the technique. 50kg for the WOD.
38.50 kg for a split jerk, but could’ve done heavier weights, run out of time. Finished all rounds of WOD.
45kg split jerk. 35 kg in the WOD. glad to try a bit heavier. Slightly bambiesk at times! But made it. Good crack today with the girls in the gym. Loved today.
I liked today.. 52.5kg for the Split Jerk, 36 kg for the WOD (cuz i felt like adding the .5s).
85kg for 1RM, and completed 8 rounds with 50th, happy out the drugs are finally starting to work
