5.07 WOD with 35kg and step ups instead of box jumps
5.48 for the WOD with 22.5kg front squats. I had to do steps ups instead of the box jumps, ankle still holding me back from those I’m afraid!
6:46 with 50kg front squats and even managed a good few box jumps but 24′ rather than the dizzy heights of 30′
9.13 with 60kg front squats & L pull ups, enjoyed that WOD, even the burpee box jumps lol
7.59 for wod using 50kg and 20.box tough but good
5.19 with 35kg front squats & 24″ box jumps. Wasn’t too sure about using the 35kg but I survived it! 🙂
