ah this turned into a AMRAP for me, need to work on the double unders – 7 rounds and 2 push press.
Did 40kg for strick press and 40kg for the workout.
Delighted to get 30kg for strict press. The wod was rubbish though. I’ve forgotten how to do double unders. Tripped my way through 5 rds and 2 doubles. Ah well, I didn’t give in and do singles!
38.5kg for strict press! 30kg for WOD mix of DU’s and singles…
45kg for the WOD with singles…
