He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! 4:40 for the run, used 30kg for the power snatches, starting to tire at the end a little. Don’t tell anybody, but I’m starting to like box jumps… must be delirium setting in.
I think you should start using a 30″ box. See how you like them then:-D
