I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

8.29 for today. Big cleans at 90kg. Enjoyed it. 5pm class was good.
7.45 with 45kg cleans. ‘Bear crawls’ , it isn’t just what they do in the woods that’s unpleasant!!
Enjoyed today, went up to 80kg on the back squat handily enough. Haven’t a clue how long the WOD took, but was happy enough with it, doing 40kg.

Ah for jaysus sake! I did it in bleedin 9.41. Flipping slow coach going on those times. Couldn’t get legs moving right today. Mad now haha!
