    Tough day in the box today. 8.39 for first wod, 18.54 for second and 7 rounds of last one. The bank holiday weekends excess is definitely gone after that. Good crew in for the new 9am class.

    Agh, 4.44 on the first bit of pain, 16.18 on the second bit of joy and 2 rounds on those lovely snatches.
    Well done Fergus and Sean hammering out 7 rounds each at the 9am class.

    What a WOD. More like 3 in 1.
    Got 8.06 for 1st with 60kg deadlifts and ring rows.
    Got 14.38 in the 2nd with 30kg for front squats.
    And finished out the last one with 20kg for snatch and switched to singles after 3rounds.

    Great WOD a different type of animal compared to last Tuesday but bet the clock to the end. Forgot to look at my times for the workout 1 and 2.

    anyone else hate the 400m runs more than burpees ? ;)

    Ok I survived…..just about!!! 8.20 for round 1 with 60kg, 16.something for round 2 with 35kg for front squats and 30kg for snatches.. Thanks Edel for adding in the extra round and the extra deadlifts & burpees in round 1!!

    What a nightmare group of WODs. Managed 9:49 with 70kg dead lifts on WOD 1 , then 18:48 with 40kg front squats for No2 , and completed all 5 rounds allocated for our class on No3 doing singles ( I was really surprised by that as wanted to die after Previous WODs). Not looking forward to Wednesday’s WOD as still be in recovery from today – be nice Edel & Cam.

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve.
