15.11 I think it was in the end. Used 70kg, did 15 kipping hspu on 1st round-remainder with push-ups, 8 hspu on 2nd round-remainder with push-ups and did the 9-6-3 with unbroken hspu. Hell of a lot better than Dianne hspu’s from a few weeks back. How 90kg’s is done with strict hspu’s in less than 10 mins is bordering on the unbelievable!

15.36 kipping HSPU. Squats were hard for me 25kg. At regionals they did 60kg. Think those girls are on something! Whatever it is I need it!
Ring rows and front squats 25kg. Was glad when it was over!
12.38 I think on that delightful workout @ 60kg.
12.30ish, thought the 21 & 15′s were never gonna end lol. 45kg on the front squat & push ups. HSPU, yep in dreams right now!!
Oh my god what a beast of a WOD!!! Did in open gym today as promised, and after the 21 reps started to regret my decision. Managed in 16:57 with 42kg, maybe I’ll defer my entry to the regionals for a few years !!!
