Well managed 45kg in the 1RM power snatch, and managed 3 full rounds and 5 power snatches at 35kg in the WOD. That was a beastly little 7 minute WOD !!!

3 rounds and 6 PS with 20kg and 27.5 on 1RM power snatch and must say it will take a while to get the technique right for this one but Edel showed me some mama’s love by letting me use her straps and shoes which was really lovely.
33kg for 1RM. 4 rounds 23kg. Was roasted!
30kg 1RM and with 20kg I got 3 rounds, 7PS & 4BJumps
3 rounds and 10 box jumps.
