"If it wasn't for Cameron (you cam do it) Rickerby I still would not be able to do a pistol squat to this day! I saw Cameron as an inspiration before he became a coach.. He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! And his mobility wods that opened up the gate of pistol squats for I will never forget!! It was an absolute pleasure buddy! Go forth and make legendary cross fitters :) :) "

See ya later guys. I’m sure I’ll be closer to getting bum no. 2 after todays workout.
Well that WOD was deceptive, 45kg on the front squats and high knees rather than T2B , completed in 9:54. Got to love them squats !!!
Hate missing squats day
7.48 on level 1. Good work out, legs were well worked today!
11.10 25kg. Did T2B so I was there a while! Going to try not to skive anymore
7.30 for workout. Big squat day. Good stuff
8.47 for wod with 45kg and high knees. Nice bit of squatting today.
10:02 with 50kg… Thanks to the cheerleader squad for pushing me through the last set of T2B’s
7:10 30kg and high knees. Legs are definitely going to feel it tomorrow!
Legs are still wobbly today, 10:22 to do something similar to the workout, might have done a few extra reps by accident. Flew through the strength work, think the squat is one thing I’m actually doing well.
