Great atmosphere in box today, loved this WOD. Altho I got to do deadlifts @ 48kg instead of cleans. 9 rounds (i think) and 3 DL. So hard to keep count.
Level 3 (45kg) for me on this WOD, showed some aggression and achieved 8 full rounds plus 5 burpees.
11 RDS and 3 PC. Didn’t post at all this week. Hot one today.

Awesome workout tonight….even with the burpees!!! 10 full rds with 40kg for power cleans.
Got 9 rounds and 1 burpee with 40kg. Those lungs were hard! Legs were burning.
9 rounds and 2 lunges (level 2 60 kg) in open gym this morning. Good crowd in for 12.30pm too.
