He was always first in and the last to leave! Banging out the skill work before and after wods.. Knowing that if he was going to be a real crossfitter that it was up to him!! When he became a coach he always pushed that extra rep out of me!! He always made sure I rested for no longer than 5 seconds before I was back on the bar! Did WOD in open gym today, managing 10.38 with 20kg sit up and 90 singles. Managed 42.5kg on the 5RM strict press ( never thought I’d miss the jerk or cleans so much)
If anyone missed today’s WOD and is interested in doing it tomorrow at around 12 in the open gym I’ll be heading in?
First wod with all double unders woohoo! Thought they’d never end. Give me singles any day. Thanks all the same Cameron for giving me no choice but to do them! Full of whip marks and bruises now lol! 11:20 for wod with ring rows.
25kg for the 5rm strict press, really noticed that i have not trained for a full week!! WOD in 8.46 with four steps for the wall walks.
45kg for the 5RM. 11:10 for the WOD at 20kg, with singles.
6.43 WOD, ring rows instead of walks, singles too. Doubles are a mystery to my legs!!
Well that WOD looked easier written down than actually doing it!! 10.34 with wall walks, 10kg sit ups and singles.
32.5 for 5RM. Did WOD in 6:58. And no shin splints from DU’s, happy days!
