    5.07 with singles still. Had the rage today. 35kg for the neck breakers but had my chickas to help getting it down. Think we had more in us but we ran outta time! Will wear two hoodies to cushion my neck the next time I see those up!

    No push press for me, did burpees instead. 7.34 WOD with singles. Did 108 unbroken on the first round :) :) seeing as doubles seem a long way off I’m quite pleased with that!

    No snatch grip thingy yet for me. Did some overhead squat practice instead. It was a lot easier when Suzanne and Theresa told me to stick my bum out as far as I could. Didn’t think it could stick out anymore haha! Thanks though girls!!
    The wod was definitely not as fun. 7:04 I think and I hated every minute of it but no wod cherry picking for me!

    95kg for the snatch grip push press. going to feel the last one on the neck tmrw. 7:30 for the WOD. Skipping is coming on, delighted with that

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.
