    Happy birthday Edel. If Larry Gogan was there he would have said to me “they didn’t suit you”. 33.35 of misery with 35kg. Damn lunges and Burpees!

    Second evil WOD of the week – 125 burpees – oh the joy!! Managed the 5 rounds with 30kg in 25.49. Have a great birthday Edel.

    So delighted to finally be using my shoulders again!! 19:51 for wod. Enjoyed watching the birthday girl do her wod too. Edel you make it look so easy!!

    Scaled version of WOD for me, like you Ciara it’s my first day back doing a bit of shoulder work. So great to be finally getting fixed!!
    No burpees though yet which is why I managed it in 15.12.
    Deadlifts, HPC, Overhead walking lunges and box steps. Never thought I’d miss burpees :)

    Ah ! what a workout – birthday burpees are the worst! especially 5 times. Level 3 in 20.19, hard going! HB Edel :)

    I dont think everyone enjoyed doing my birthday workout as much as I did lol ;) thanks everyone for the best wishes, I cant promise next years birthday WOD being any easier lol!! 18:50 @ 30kg. See you all in the morning :D
