felt guilty watching everyone else kill themselves.
33.55 for wod with goblet squats instead of ohs. Tough workout but delighted to have it done after bank holiday weekend excess.
What a beast of a WOD, glad I completed though even with some bits scaled. Managed to complete in 31.04 (absolutely exhausted)
Hell of a leg day. Done in 29.37. The heavy first round was nasty. Well done 12.30 crew.
