I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.

Increased my 3RM push press from 47.5 to 58.5kg, and managed the WOD in 8.40. Just a little pleased with myself today.

Got 37.5kg for my 3RM and did level 2 for WOD in 7.56
35kg for 3RM Did 2 37.5. Left arm always gives up on me. Next time. 8.15 on workout. Shoulders were screaming. Could see Cameron flying it on my right! Evan was amazed. And that does not happen often!
Wasn’t feeling up to it that day, did 60 for the 3RM which was the same as my previous 1RM, so I guess it’s still an improvement. Did the workout in 6:45 at level 2.5, wall-walks, ring-rows, and russian KBS.
