Buy in: 600m Farmers walk (2x24kg/2x16kg) (200m Each)
AMRAP 25 Minutes
- 15 Team Burpees (Unison)
- 15 Partner Deadlifts (150Kg/100kg) – non-working partner hold the plank for reps to count
- 15 Team Push-ups (rotating but all in plank)
- 15 Team Weighted Sit-ups (20/15) (Unison)
- 15 Team KBS (20)(14) rotating – Kettlebell cannot touch the ground (5 rep deduction)
Cash out: 600m Run (200m Each)
