45kg 2RM. Completed the WOD with 30kg… Thrusters still seriously suck!! No time to hang around today..

Great day today, did 55kg for the 2RM which was more than I expected. Workout was tough, used 35kg, I was more power-walking than running on the last 200m but managed to get in with a second to spare, and finished the last thruster in the last second too!

Really enjoyed watching Theresa, Sandra and Bernadette kill those 2RM thrusters (note the sarcasm in my voice)!!! Lol, no seriously well done girls you all did great work and myself and Orla were just wishing we could have been doing it too!

Did push ups instead of thrusters for WOD and delighted to be really progressing with proper push ups. Also, found the running much easier tonight, which I was pleasantly surprised about:-)

Got 51kg for the 2RM and did 35kg for the WOD.
Looking forward to the Mobility WOD tomorrow, it’s been a tough week but a good one at that.

I have been on Cameron's fr23 athletics online programming for over a year now and have had mass gains in strength and cardio vascular endurance. The programming is great for me because it is tailored to my weaknesses and skills which I need to improve. I have competed in a number competitions over the past year and I feel I have gone into each of these in the best physical condition I could possibly have been in. Thanks coach Cam.
