		<description><![CDATA[5rm was up from 70kg to 72.5kg. Found it tough yesterday. 
Wod was 25-23-22-21-22 with the lighter bar (was on waiting list so I got last pick). Sweaty one but enjoyed it. Quads felt like lead after it :-)]]></description>
