The only difference was five extra box jumps each round that time so I&#039;m delighted with the improvement, especially since I&#039;m in dom-central today.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Ha ha ha! Im fit for some horizontal running myself now!!! It wasn&#039;t too bad though... for a Tuesday!!! I went in there tired so Im just glad I survived. 
19:43 with 30kg HPC. Cam was correcting my form, and delayed my time!!!... so really I should knock 5 mins off :p :p :D]]></description>
