		<description><![CDATA[Did 40 with my push press but Im not sure if I should have done more as I forgot to write my newest 1RM. I&#039;ll stick with this for the mo!
I got 9 rounds 7HRPU and 7 T2B/crunch
Also very proud to announce that I got my first (and second but not in a row) Toes to Bar (after the workout) and I finally feel Im getting some strength in my shoulders!! Still cant do pullups but getting there. Im a happy bunny!!!!]]></description>

I got a bit mixed up with the WOD, think I said 6+5, but I&#039;m pretty sure I did 5 rounds + 5 HRPU, did the first round of toe-to-bar together but had to go scales to high knees after that]]></description>
