		<description><![CDATA[Did this today instead of the 7pm class, completed 14 Reps RX, delighted as I hadn&#039;t ever tried a chest-to-bar pull-up before. OHS were great warming up, and then fell apart completely as soon as the clock started. Still, I did better than I expected going in there.]]></description>

OHS were great warming up, and then fell apart completely as soon as the clock started. Still, I did better than I expected going in there.</p>
