		<description><![CDATA[65kg  push press,  40kg bent over row. Back to basic on the wod. I am going to try and rx or as close as possible every workout. So alas it took me 6.1/2 mins to do double  unders. So only got to 24  24lb kbs. Only just started doubles! Watch this space.(cant get any worse i hope) :-)]]></description>
