Found that WOD tough, I got 3 full rounds done and 1 dead lift with 50kg for the deadlift and scaled to high knees]]></description>

But I did get into the 12:30 class. 3 rounds for WOD plus 6 burpees with 55kg deadlift. Good luck to the competitors tomorrow.]]></description>
