I completed the ten squats in the workout with 50kg, didn&#039;t want to do any more for fear of making Steve look bad :)]]></description>

Did my b-day burpees with a good auld twist XD Edwina hung of the bar while i did the burpees and for every secong longer then 1 minute i had to do an extra burpee... good job there was only 16 :P]]></description>
